All assignments start with a quantifiable finish. We charge a day rate for our services. Actual rates reflect the seniority of the role and tenure of the assignment.

Our client relationships often start with an urgent operational issue. Subsequent stages commonly involve comparing strategic options to operating capability.

When developing strategic options, our overarching goal is to be practical, by building from the McKinsey definition of strategy: 'an integrated set of actions designed to create a sustainable advantage over competitors'.

Our process begins with an exploratory meeting at which Principal, Damon Hurst, scopes the assignment with the potential client. A written proposal is presented with our recommended Thirdman interim.
